Avex 1999 Natsu Matsuri J-POP NIGHT in velfarre

This performance was part of Avex's 1999 summer event, Avex 1999 Natsu Matsuri. The event, like a-nation later, was a multi-artist concert event held during the summer, with a compilation CD distributed alongside the event; unlike a-nation, however, it focused on Avex's dance acts rather than J-Pop. Two (or perhaps more) nights of the event were focused on J-pop acts, including this one.

"On August 25, the last part of summer vacation, those under 18 years old were allowed to enter the venue (velfarre), and those who came to the event must have had an unforgettable summer vacation."

The concert was MC'd by the two members of Tokyo Purin.

The show began at 7:00 PM, but Ayu's segment began two hours in, at 9:00 PM. It was filmed live & broadcast in realtime on Space Shower TV.

Admission was free with the purchase of the velfarre Avex Summer Festival 1999 CD or SUPER EUROBEAT vol. 100.
