There is not much information about this show. It seems to have been broadcast as a segment on the avex TV program channel a, and we know it was called J-Pop Night, and video of it is in circulation among Ayu fans and has been for some time.

The date that accompanies the show is August 17, but it is unknown if that was the broadcast date, performance date, or both. The velfarre website's calendar lists this date's event as "private," unlike all the public Natsu Matsuri 1999 events, so it's unclear if this was a part of Natsu Matsuri 1999 or not.
